Planes y almacenamiento adicional de QFieldCloud¶
De forma predeterminada, al registrarse en QFieldCloud, crea una cuenta de usuario general con un plan comunitario gratuito. Con este plan, puede trabajar de forma independiente en proyectos de QGIS y aplicar los cambios que desee, siempre que no supere el límite de almacenamiento de 100 MB. Si necesita más almacenamiento o desea trabajar en un entorno multiusuario, deberá actualizar a:
- Un Plan Pro personal (Plan Personal)
- Un Plan de Organización (Plan de Organización)
Lo mismo se aplica al almacenamiento de datos adicional.
La información de facturación es necesaria tanto para los planes Pro como para los de Organización y se puede acceder a ella a través de la sección Facturación, en la configuración de tu cuenta personal o en la configuración de la cuenta de la organización. A continuación, se muestra un resumen de los diferentes planes y lo que incluyen. Puedes modificar tus planes en cualquier momento según tus necesidades.

Advertencia
- Si tienes una Cuenta Personal Pro y una Cuenta de Organización, tendrás DOS páginas independientes con la información de facturación. Las facturas correspondientes se generarán por separado para cada cuenta.
- Si cancelas tu Cuenta PRO, tu Cuenta de Organización permanecerá activa hasta que la canceles.
Elegir un plan¶
Para actualizar a un Plan Pro Personal, siga estos pasos:
Flujo
- Haz clic en tu nombre de usuario en la esquina superior derecha de la página.
- Haz clic en "Actualizar a Pro".
- En la sección "Suscripción", haz clic en "Actualizar".
- En la sección Pro, haz clic en "Activar".
- Lee y acepta los "Términos de servicio" y haz clic en "Continuar".
- En la sección "Dirección de facturación", completa los campos obligatorios y haz clic en "Proceder al pago".
Para actualizar a un Plan de organización, siga estos pasos:

- Click on "Create organization"

Choose your preferred payment option

organization plan options - Monthly Payment: You can choose between a Flat subscription or a Flex Subscription.
- Flat: You select your number of seats (users in the organization) and pay each month for every seat.
- Flex: You can add members directly to the organiyation and only pay for the active ones. A minimum of 1 member is always needed.
- Yearly Payment: You select your number of seats and pay once for every seat at the beginning of the subscription.
- Monthly Payment: You can choose between a Flat subscription or a Flex Subscription.

Click on "Create"
- Choose a name for your organization with only less than 150 characters, letters, digits, and
@/./+/-/_ - Click on "Create"
- In the "Billing Address" section, fill the required fields and click "Next". An overview page will show the overview of the plan and the billing details.
- If you would like to add additional storage, you can add as many as storage packages as you need.

- (Optional) If you have received a promotion code, please enter it at the bottom of the billing window.
- Under the summary page you see your current subscription and upcoming payment. Add your billing details and click on Pay to activate your plan.
Usuarios activos bajo planes de la organización¶
Under the Flex Plan at least two users must be in an organization. Depending on your plan the total cost per billing cycle is defined by the number of active users (Flex only). An "active user" corresponds to a member who has performed at least one "job" within a project belonging to the organization during an invoice cycle.

Nota
An account can only be logged in to one device at a time.
For example, if the QFieldCloud username ninja_001 login into the QField mobile application on a new device, their previous device will automatically be logged out.
If you are attempting to share a single account across multiple devices this can cause synchronization errors, data loss or data corruption.
It may also lead to that users won't be able to push their data collected on the field to the cloud.
To have multiple people working safely and concurrently on a project (e.g., survey_001), you will need an Organization Plan.
This allows you to invite different user accounts (e.g., ninja_001, ninja_002, ninja_00n) to collaborate.
Administrators can add, remove, or change the permissions of these users within the organization and specific projects.
Modification of current subscription¶
In QFieldCloud you can add as much storage as desired for your projects and change the number of your preferred selected seats whenever you want. When modifying additional storage or seats, any increases will become effective immediately. Decreases in storage or seats will become effective (and payable) with the start of the next billing cycle. Additional storage can be obtained in the sets of 3 GB.
Flujo
- To add more storage to your organization direct to the Settings section of your organization.

From there you can either cancel your subscription or modify the subscription. Click on Modify subscription

Adjust the number of seats and the modified storage packages depending on your needs. The reflected changes to the upcoming subscription will be indicated below the current subscription either with a green (increasing seats/storage) or red (decreasing seats/storage) colour.

Note
The included storage corresponds to the storage that is associated with your number of seats. The additional storage corresponds to the storage that is added in packages of 3GB. Once a subscription has been modified the additional storage and seats will be immediately available to use. Any decreased storage or number of seats will only be updated with the next billing cycle.
Cancelación de una suscripción¶
Puede cancelar sus suscripciones en cualquier momento. Esto debe hacerse por separado tanto para los Planes PRO como para los Planes de Organización.

- For the Personal Pro Plan: From your user account's landing page click on Edit Profile. For the Organization Plan: From your Organization account's landing page click on Edit Organization

Switch to the corresponding Billing Section

Click on change and following Cancel subscription.

Confirm the cancellation in the subsequent pop-up window.

A Nyuki message will then appear, indicating that the subscription will conclude at the end of the current billing period.

Recuperar una factura¶
Es posible recuperar facturas de meses anteriores en la parte inferior de la sección de facturación.

- For the Personal Pro Plan: From your user account's landing page click on Edit Profile. For the Organization Plan: From your Organization account's landing page click on Edit Organization

Switch to the corresponding Billing Section*

Direct to the bottom of the page. There you will find all previous and current invoices that are associated with your Personal Account or your Organization Account.
